1. Introduction

Welcome to Native Templates, operated by Tomas Zeman ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://nativetemplates.com and the purchase of our React Native templates ("Products"). By using our website or purchasing our Products, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms.

If you're purchasing Products on behalf of an organization or business ("Entity"), you confirm you have authority to bind that Entity to these Terms. The Products are not for anyone under 18 years old.

2. Products and Purchases

Our Products are digital React Native and Expo templates for mobile app development. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the GitHub repository containing the template code. All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the Products.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Products for personal or commercial projects. You may modify the Products to suit your needs. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Products in their original or modified form.

All intellectual property rights to the Products remain with us. Your purchase grants you usage rights as specified in these Terms but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

4. Usage Rights

With your purchase, you may:

  • Use the Products to create unlimited end products for yourself or clients
  • Modify the Products to create derivative works
  • Use the Products in commercial and personal projects

You may not:

  • Redistribute the Products as stock, templates, or themes
  • Resell the Products or modified versions of the Products
  • Include the Products in a product offered for sale where the primary value is the template itself

5. Support and Updates

Support is provided through GitHub issues and documentation. We aim to respond to questions and bug reports promptly, but do not guarantee specific response times. Product updates are provided at our discretion and may be released periodically.

6. No Warranty

The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tomas Zeman and Native Templates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or website. Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively and will not affect existing purchases. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products and immediate access to the GitHub repository upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. Please review the product demos and documentation before purchasing.
